   • Own the global Cloud & IT Platform software portfolio supporting KNAPP's worldwide organisation and software development units.
   • Provide portfolio and architectural oversight across database services, Kubernetes- and Podman-based container platforms, network segmentation and security, firewall services, Big Data platforms and Kafka-based data streaming.
   • Led the evaluation and technology transition of the Big Data database platform, developing the technology recommendation with the engineering team and securing management and executive approval; the transition reduced infrastructure operating costs by approximately 25%, delivering substantial recurring savings.
   • Lead global strategic requirements management and continuously develop the corporate service catalogue.
